Dr. Strand earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction in Physical Education from University of New Mexico. He received his M.S. in Education with emphasis in Physical Education from North Dakota State University and his B.A. in Physical Education & Social Studies. Dr. Strand's area of expertise is in Physical Education & Teacher Preparation and has over 32+ years of teaching experience.
