Description
This course is intended to increase your awareness and understanding of important issues regarding difficult change. Switch: How to change when change is hard provides a powerful template to help leaders navigate the changes that come with being a leader.
Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
Objectives:
Students will:
- learn how to direct the rider (rational thinking) by finding bright spots, scripting the critical moves and pointing to the destination.
- learn how to motivate the elephant (emotional thinking) by finding the feeling, shrinking the change, and growing their people.
- learn how to shape the path by tweaking the environment, building habits, and rally the followers.
