Materials:
Videos: The videos you watch will form a base point around which discussions will revolve. You will complete all videos in a timely fashion to facilitate learning and discussion, which requires full and equal participation from everyone. As you watch a video, you are expected to identify a list of key concepts, ideas, and questions that will be shared with classmates via the discussions. The video can be found at the What Drives Winning website https://whatdriveswinning.com/ When you open the website, you will see Videos across the top of the page. Open that link and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the videos for the various conference years.
Journal: For each video you will keep journal notes that list key concepts and important ideas. Each journal entry should include detailed information on the video you watched. This journal will be submitted to the instructor at the conclusion of the course.
Zoom Discussions: There will be three real-time Zoom discussions during the course. Date and times are listed in the topical outline. For discussions you will need to have a camera and headphones so we can all see and hear one another.
Final Discussion: The final discussion will be a summary of your thoughts on how the videos have impacted your thinking in relation to teaching and coaching. As part of the discussion, you will present what you will start doing, stop doing, and continue doing because of what you have learned during the course.
