Meeting Pattern

Huddle Discussions {8:00 - 9:00 p.m.}

• February 3, 10, 18, 24 & March 3, 2025

These discussions will occur via Blackboard using a video conferencing software called Collaborate. You should have a camera and headphones so we can all see and hear one another. All discussions will be recorded.

To find the recording, you need to open the Huddle. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, you will see a menu bar. Open that and you will see Recordings. Click on Recordings and you will be able to retrieve the session you want to view.

This course is intended to increase your awareness and understanding of coaching behavior and ethics in sports.

Objectives:

Students will:

• learn moral behavior and ethics matter in sport settings.
• learn about coaching philosophies from other coaches.
• describe how they personally apply the various topics discussed.
