Sherry received her M.S. in Wildlife Science from South Dakota State University in 1994 and her B.A. in Earth Science & Biology from Minot State University in 1983. Sherry has taught environmental education all of her professional life. As one of the first Project Wild educators in North Dakota to her current positions at both DCB and the North Dakota Game & Fish Department, she shares her outdoor knowledge with others. She received the Conservation Educator of the Year Award as well as the National Project WILD Educator of the Year Award in 2006.
