Heidi Budeau

Heidi earned her Master's in Educational Leadership in 2017 from University of North Dakota as well as her Master's in Learning Disabilities in 2003 from Minot State University. She received her Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Mental Retardation in 2002 from Minot State University. Ms. Budeau has been in education for over 20 years with all of those years in special education. Heidi started as a special education teacher in a smaller rural community in ND, moved to Great Falls, MT and then to Bismarck, ND. Since leaving Bismarck, I have remained in my current position as a director of special education for the James River Special Education Cooperative.
