Discovery TGA 550 Auto Advanced: A research grade TGA featuring a sensitive vertical thermo-balance with an autoswitching dual range microbalance (0-200 mg, and 0-1000 mg sample weight range). This TGA utilizes a horizontal gas purge system that produce excellent baseline flatness and sensitivity over the temperature range from ambient to 1000°C. Included standard is the new innovative “app-style” touch screen with One-Touch-Away functionality. Other features include patented Hi-Res™ TGA & Modulated TGA™, a 25-position auto-sampler with the option of adding a contamination-free sealed pan punching accessory. This TGA includes a DTA signal that can be used for temperature calibration, and the new Gas Delivery Manifold (GDM) for automated and precise control and switching of two purge gases. It also includes TRIOS software for complete instrument control and data analysis and management. TRIOS provides a new and unique user interface for programming experiments, analyzing data, and managing instrument history, including intuitive spreadsheet-style views simplifying autosampler control and sequence programming. An accessory kit is provided which contains sample pans, calibration and test materials, plus tools.
