Addison Czeck

Mr. Czeck received his Master in Educational Leadership in 2020 from Lamar University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health Education in 2016 from North Dakota State University. Addison is a student-centered leader committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. He is passionate about supporting the whole child through strong academics, athletics, fine arts, and student organizations. Addison is experienced in building effective systems, guiding staff collaboration, and leading school-wide improvement efforts. He is skilled in communication, team leadership, and program innovation, with a proven commitment to equity and accessibility across all student experiences. Mr. Czeck is proficient in PowerSchool and budget oversight, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic planning.
