Description

Positive culture begins with positive people. This self-paced professional learning course uses Jon Gordon's The Energy Bus as a framework for educators to examine their personal leadership, mindset, relationships, and influence within their classrooms, schools, and communities.
   
Through guided reading, structured reflection, and practical application activities, participants will examine the ten principles presented in the book, evaluate their current professional practices, and develop an individualized action plan designed to increase positive influence, improve collaboration, strengthen resilience, and foster a more positive learning environment.
   
Participants will complete reflective activities, connect concepts to educational practice, and develop a personalized implementation plan demonstrating how the principles of The Energy Bus will positively impact their professional and personal lives.
