Alexey Leontyev

Dr. Leontyev received his Ph.D. in 2015 from University of Northern Colorado; earned his M.S. in 2009 from Bowling Green State University and his B.S. in 2006 from Higher Chemical College. His research focuses on Chemistry Education, particularly on developing assessment tools to measure students' knowledge and affective responses to green chemistry. Dr. Leontyev received several awards including the ACS CEI Award for Incorporation of Sustainability into Chemistry Education in 2023 and the Peltier Award for Teaching Innovation in 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor @ North Dakota State University.
