Jane Vangsness Frisch

Jane earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Education; Master of Science in Mass Communication, and Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from North Dakota State University. Dr. Vangsness Frisch brings expertise in higher education administration, community advocacy and strategic planning. With over a decade of experience in higher education and public service, Dr. Vangsness Frisch has led impactful initiatives focused on student success, workforce development and diversity programs. She is the Vice President of Workforce for the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership is instrumental in advancing workforce development initiatives and strengthening our communities.
