Tabitha Teel

Tabitha Teel received her M.A. in Instructional Design & Technology from University of North Dakota. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Valley City State University. As the NDIT-EduTech Program Director, I oversee the design, development, and delivery of innovative and impactful training programs and technology tools for educators in North Dakota. I leverage my Prosci® certification and experience as a former Manager of Professional Learning & Outreach at ITD to facilitate change management and digital transformation in the education sector. I also have a keen interest in Generative AI and its applications in enhancing learning outcomes and creating engaging content. I have been working in the field of education, training and development for over thirty years, and I am passionate about empowering educators and learners with the skills and tools they need to succeed in the 21st century. My core competencies include teaching, project management, stakeholder engagement, curriculum design, and evaluation. My mission is to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among the EduTech community and to support the vision and goals of NDIT.
