Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
Objectives:
- Clinician-focused training on working with suicidal clients.
- Learn to formulate a safety plan for clients with suicidal ideation.
- Be able to describe therapeutic strategies to help clients cope with emotional pain and distress.
- Learn to apply interventions to help clients build hope and foster meaning.
Park in the Memorial Union Pay Parking Lot on the south side of the building.
