William Burns

Dr. William Burns received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology in 2000 from Iowa State University; earned his Masters in Counseling in 1995 from Truman State University and his Bachelors in Sociology in 1993 from University of Minnesota.  Dr. Burns is the director in the counseling center at NDSU.
