Business to be conducted:

Reports from NDSU Agriculture administrators
Updates on college priorities, policies, and initiatives
Election of individuals to fill upcoming committee vacancies
Recognition of faculty achievements and contributions

Elections

Committee elections will be conducted electronically during the meeting.

**Please bring a device capable of connecting to the internet.

Proxies

Faculty who are unable to attend the meeting may designate another eligible faculty member to serve as their Proxy.

Individuals serving as a Proxy must *present a signed Proxy form at check-in* for each member they represent.

Buffet Lunch

A complimentary buffet lunch will be available for all attendees.

Menu: Whole wheat rotini, marinara sauce (GF, no meat), alfredo sauce (GF, no meat), cooked green beans, garlic bread, assorted dessert bars, water, and coffee.
Gluten-free pasta is available with advance request.
