Sowmya Gudise

Sowmya earned her Master of Science in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology, NY and received her Bachelor of Technology - Computer science engineering from Sridevi Women's Engineering College, Hyderabad, India. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in software engineering at North Dakota State University. Sowmya has 3 years professional IT experience and is an instructor for Computer Science at NDSU.

As IT Project Manager of the Department of Transportation Support Center (DOTSC), Sowmya manages software development projects, assign and mentor student computer science staff. Responsible to develop projects in accordance with standards, review and improve development processes. She is also responsible for maintaining DOTSC servers, server administration, database administration.
