Dr. Jennifer Sahr earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership in 2022 & received her M.S. in Special Education in 2002 from Moorhead State University, Moorhead. Jennifer received her B.A. in Elementary Education-Early Childhood Education in 1996 from University of Jamestown. Dr. Sahr is the coordinator of multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) at Fargo Public Schools. She works closely with teachers and parents to identify students who need an extra boost with their social and emotional well-being. Jennifer leads MTSS teams that brainstorm ways to compassionately teach each child in the system. When a child experiences a difficult situation, it can alter brain development. Her goal is to intervene early so students learn how to handle stressful situations appropriately.

Erin Kaluza earned her M.A. of Educational Technology in 2008 from Boise State University & received her B.A. in Elementary Education in 2005 from Jamestown College. Ms. Kaluza is the Instructional Coach/Student Performance Strategist for Fargo Public Schools. She works with building principals & curriculum facilitators as well as staff to facilitate and/or align student interventions in the MTSS process, lead and facilitate data and MTSS teams, maintaining "Using Data" language, provide support to individual classroom teachers through modeling, co-teaching, observing and coaching for core instruction and interventions.
