Chelsea Hammond

Ms. Hammond received her Masters in Parent Education with a M. Ed. teaching license from University of Minnesota, Mpls and earned her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal, emphases in Elder Law/Probate and Litigation and a Minor in English Writing from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. She currently is an Extension Parent Educator in Grand Forks County for North Dakota State University.
