Melissa Frederick

Melissa received her M.S. in Special Education: Learning Disaibilties from Montana State University and her B.S. in Elementary Education and Special Education: Hearing Impaired & Deaf Education from Minot State University. Melissa has 22+ years teaching experience and is the Past President of the ND Council for Exceptional Children.
