This professional book study invites educators and school counselors to explore The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Participants will reflect on the cultural and technological shifts influencing student mental health and examine how these trends show up in schools. Through guided reading, collaborative discussions, and real-world reflection, this course helps educators identify practical ways to support student well-being and resilience.
