The book examines why attention and focus have become harder to sustain in modern life and explores research-based explanations related to technology, stress, sleep, environment, and systems that shape how we think and learn.

Through guided reading, reflection, and discussion, participants will examine how attention impacts learning, mental health, productivity, and well-being, with a focus on implications for students, educators, and school systems.
