Description
Personalize your professional development with this unique PD Challenge! In about 30 minutes a day, you’ll turn your ideas to improve teaching and learning into ACTION and nurture your natural desire to be a change-maker. You’ll practice the very skills we strive to pass on to students, including design thinking, project management how-to, self-care, and gratitude.
Plus, gain a simple step-by-step idea implementation process perfect to help you personalize any future PD, foster collaboration with colleagues, or lead PBLs with your students. It’s PD that’s all about YOU!

"INSTRUCTOR FEEDBACK WAS VERY FAST AND SPECIFIC. IT MADE ME THINK AND GUIDED ME FROM DAY TO DAY."
"THIS WAS SELF-PACED AND HELPED ME TO DO SOMETHING I ALREADY HAD TO DO FOR MY JOB. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT WAS EXTRA, BUT IN TUNE WITH MY GOALS. THAT'S WHY IT WAS WORTHWHILE PD. I LIKED THE COACHING PART OF IT. DARCY HAS A GREAT WAY OF MOTIVATING AND GUIDING, SOMETHING I DON'T SEE IN MORE CONTENT DELIVERY-BASED COURSES."
"I THOUGHT THE ABILITY TO MAKE IT MY OWN WAS MOST USEFUL. MOST PD IS ONE SIZE FITS ALL. THIS COURSE GUIDED ME TO DO THINGS FOR ME AND MY CLASSROOM."
"AS THE TITLE SUGGESTS, THIS WAS PERSONALIZED. THE CONTENT WAS WHAT WE WANTED IT TO BE! VERY USEFUL."
"THE INSTRUCTOR WAS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE AND PERSONALIZED RESPONSES AND FEEDBACK, THE VIDEO LESSONS WERE SHORT, CONCISE AND CLEAR. THE WRITTEN RESOURCES WERE HIGH QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL."
"I WAS ABLE TO PICK THINGS THAT WOULD BENEFIT ME THE MOST. IT PROVIDED A GOOD LEVEL OF GROWTH FOR ME WITHOUT FEELING TOO OVERWHELMED."
"I LIKE HOW IT WAS BROKEN DOWN INTO PIECES THAT REALLY MADE ME THINK DEEPER ABOUT WHAT I WANTED TO ACCOMPLISH."
"INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND ENCOURAGING."
"GREAT COURSE!"
