This course equips instructional coaches with the knowledge and practical skills to effectively integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into their coaching practice. Participants will explore how AI can streamline coaching tasks, personalize professional development, analyze data, and enhance communication with educators. This self-paced, four-week course combines engaging resources, interactive activities, and practical applications. As instructional coaches, your work drives teacher success and student achievement. By integrating AI into your practice, you’ll unlock new possibilities to work smarter, not harder—building a stronger, more innovative approach to supporting teachers in today’s dynamic learning environments.
