Description
This course is structured around the principles of evidence-based grading and personalized learning, with an emphasis on developing tailored lesson plans and assessments grounded in Evidence-Based Reasoning (EBR). Teachers will embark on a customized learning journey, dedicating 15 hours per credit to the creation of EBR assessments and lesson plans, all underpinned by evidence-based grading strategies. Through structured discussion posts on Canvas, participants will have the opportunity to exchange insights, offer and receive peer feedback, and engage in meaningful discussions that foster a collaborative learning environment. Each teacher will begin their journey by devising a personalized framework, subject to instructor approval, to ensure that each educational plan is focused and aligned with their goals. This course empowers educators to refine their teaching methodologies and contributes to a vibrant community where members can share, discuss, and celebrate their pedagogical advancements and insights.

Teachers will:
- devise tailored lesson plans and assessments rooted in Evidence-Based Reasoning (EBR) and evidence-based grading principles, honing their ability to create personalized and effective educational strategies.
