Description

The purpose of this course is to connect teachers to professional literature in a meaningful way. Participants will select a professional text based on their response to the following: 

Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes

Objectives:

SLO 1) Participants will identify what they need to feel more effective as a professional.

SLO 2) Participants will select a professional text to support their growth in response to the question: what do 1 need to support my sense of professional efficacy? 

SLO 3) Participants will reflect on their practice and create actionable steps to grow as a professional. 

Required Course Materials:

  1. Personal Google account (school-affiliated accounts will not work).
  2. Access to Google Classroom, join code: ribfv4r
  3. Selected professional text that is appropriate for the identified area of desired growth, with at least 10 chapters (must be a physical text).
  4. Audio/visual recording capability with reliable internet access.
