Description
This course is designed to assist helping professionals increase their understanding of effective counseling practices, to provide professionals with current counseling-related research, and to give opportunities to share effective counseling methods and activities with other professionals.
Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
OBJECTIVES:
Participants will:
- Be updated on current counseling-related research.
- Be provided opportunities to share effective counseling methods and activities with other professionals.
- Learn about best practices in counseling.
LOCATIONS & DATES:
To earn credit, educators enrolled in this course must complete a minimum of 900 minutes (15 hours) of seat time and can be in a variety of ways:
1. Attend in-person NDSCA preconference and/or NDCA conference content sessions and keynote presentations.
