Description
The State Historical Society of North Dakota is offering a free teacher workshop, “E Pluribus Unum: Immigration History and the Impact of German-Russian Immigrants to North Dakota,” July 24-27 at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum in Bismarck. Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
Objectives:
The participants will:
- have increased knowledge and confidence to teach North Dakota Studies, specifically about the immigration to the state and German-Russian people and heritage learn about National History Day and how to use it in your classroom.
- be introduced to additional resources for teaching this content provided by the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
- be able to walk away with lessons in hand, ready to teach at least one topic in ND Studies.
