Meeting Pattern
Zoom sessions on Tuesdays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Classes will not be recorded and attendance is required. In the event of an emergency requiring participants to miss class, the instructor should be contacted and a make-up assignment will be required per instructor’s discretion to receive partial-attendance points.

Recognize positive aspects of a child’s intensity. In addition to improving your professional practice, take home parenting strategies that will transform your home.
Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
Objectives:
Participants will:
- be able to communicate the key foundational principles of the Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA).
- demonstrate through practical applications the four recognitions within NHA, implementing behavioral strategies that don’t require tokens and rewards.
- identify the basics of consequences within the nurtured heart approach.
- give evidence of the use of NHA with children.
