Description

This course is for Instructional Coaches, instructional leaders, or other educators that would like to have more effective conversations. Participants will become aware of their ineffective communication practices and replace them with two of the Better Conversation habits, through a self-coaching and reflection tool. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect and discuss with other instructional leaders on the six Better Conversations beliefs, strategies for redirecting toxic words and emotions, and building trust, using Google Classroom and networking Zoom sessions.
