Description
Guiding concepts for the classroom consist of new and unknown classroom experiences that can have a positive influence in children’s lives going forward. Learning real skills outside of school is important. The text and websites give examples of integrity to inspire students. The class is comprised of acquiring information from a textbook, and websites with articles and videos.
Syllabus, Objectives, and Outcomes
Objectives:
By the end of this course, the student will:
- learn important concepts that will help them improve the never-ending process through which there is constant experimenting to learn and have fun doing it.
- develop skills to teach about the value of good work, honest self-reflection and courage.
- understand the importance of time management and decision making.
- generate skills that will help students by equipping them with tools needed to find success.
