Description
This course will allow participants to explore topics in education through reading and written reflection. Participants will select topics that are relevant, applicable, and meaningful to their individual practice, interests, and needs. Possible topics of interest include but are not limited to: culturally responsive teaching, classroom management, mental health, and mindfulness. This course will require participants to read, respond, and reflect on the implications for their own practice.

Participants will:
- identify and define a minimum of one professional goal that aligns with the topics they select.
- read, analyze, and respond to published scholarship related to the topic(s) of their choosing.
- reflect of their teaching practice(s), professional goal(s), and pedagogy.
