Participants will enhance family wellness through a strength-based lens in strategies of routine, play and competency, including factors that tip the balance for raising happy, healthy kids.

Objectives:

1. Define family well-being;

2. Explain the significance of working with families through a strength-based lens;

3. Identify self-biases and how it can impact working with families;

4. List factors that tip the balance of family well-being;

5. Increase family well-being through routine, play and competency;

6. Discuss practitioner well-being and the importance of self-care.
