Description

In this book, author Dr. Adam Grant challenges readers to rethink what they know. Dr. Grant breaks down individual, interpersonal, and collective rethinking with everyday examples and expert research findings. He helps readers develop strategies for enhancing cognitive flexibility, communicating openly, and exploring how they develop and change (or not change) their perspectives when presented with new information. Students of this course will be challenged to examine their own thinking patterns and develop ways to help students develop flexible thinking skills.
